Shipping policy

Processing Time

All items are made to order, so please allow 2-5 business days for production before shipping. We will always do our best to have your order processed and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping times vary based on your location:

U.S.: Estimated 1-2 weeks                                               
Canada: Estimated 1-4 weeks
International: Estimated 1-4 weeks

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but if your package goes missing, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you.

If you have not received your order within 30 days of placing it, please contact us so we can assess the situation and investigate with the carrier.

Please note that after 45 days from the order date, we are unable to file claims or offer replacements, and there is unfortunately nothing further we can do.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
